Born in 1945 in Hamburg, Germany

Education:
Graduated from Denmark's Design skchool in Copenhagen in 1967

Own workshop from 1967. First in Copenhagen. From 1975 on Bornholm. Jewellery workshop from 1990. Memeber of Væksthuset 4D in Svaneke.

Evelyn's debut was at the artists 'Autumn Exhibition' in 1969.

Exhibited and sold to Museums and Art associations in Denmark and abroad.

Permanent exhibition and sale in Copenhagen with "Artium" and "Illums Bolighus".

Current ceramics workshop opened 1975. Jewellery workshop 1990.

Her work is composed of old household utensils, toys, driftwood on the beach, scraps of metal, bits and pieces from everywhere and everyday life. Things most people take for granted or perhaps wouldn't know what it's use could be is transformed into wonderful beings or into new useful household items, like a candle-hlder or a lamp.
